Physical properties of grain are considered as features that are measured by instrumental methods. The properties are applying for estimation of grain quality depending on its destination. Using methods cannot change strukture of the grain, thus they must be nondestructive. Grain physical properties depend on size and structure of a studied object or amount of matter in it. Grain is regarded as an anisotropic center since some of its physical properties are linked with the direction of observation.
