This paper contains an abstract from a feasibility study of the invention´s application CZ PV 2004-502: %22The way of carrying out of economic, ecological and safe electronic toll%22. Data (e.g. engine´s revolutions, revolutions of driven wheels, pressing of acceleration pedal, gear shift, vehicle´s GPS) are collected through the motor vehicle with support of OBU (On- Board-Unit). The data collection uses signals from several points (e.g. CAN-BUS or GPS receiver, accelerometer, gyroscope that are parts of OBU). Outer factors affecting the driven vehicle are analysed simultaneously (adhesion and other conditions of roadway, weather and climatic conditions etc.). Engine´s homologation mechanical characteristics are known. Mechanical characteristics are updated after app. 100 thousand kilometres with longer operating vehicles. Actual dynamic characteristics of driven vehicle are analysed from above mentioned data.
