The high muzzle velocity is crucial weapon system characteristic from the both combat and experimental point of view. In order to increase muzzle velocity further the conventional weapon system limit it is possible way of separating propellant charge. The mathematical model of weapon system using additional propellant charges along the barrel was built and the experimental shooting with the weapon system of such a design was carried out.
