The article deals with the possibilities of determinantion of requirements on the accuracy the production of spin stabilised artillery projectiles on basis of the interaction between the leading part of the barrel bore and the leading parts of the projectile during its motion along the barrel. This interaction is usually characterised by the secondary reactions in the front bore-riding band also in the driving band. Both are strongly affected by the eccentricity of the spin stabilised projectile.
