There is described the model of electro-mechanical system consisting from starter and four-cylinder internal combustion engine ICE, supplied from two cooperating electrical sources, respecting the compression force acting to pistons in four stroke cycle and other mechanical forces from friction and inertia acceleration. This model respects also the gear ratio between the starter rotor and ICE crankshaft; it is suitable for investigation the cranking process dynamics from zero speed up to starting speed, without ignition or explosion stroke, which is not included. It is easy to change the parameters of all components. Some solutions received in DYNAST program are presented varying charging voltage of super-capacitor or some various capacitances.
