The article deals with two main levels of efficient acquisition. The first level is to the national military industry as the support of national economic policy including the unemployment level. Hence the macroeconomic aspects are emphasized. The second level describes the acquisition process in accordance to the efficient defence provision as the alternative to military industry build – up. It summarizes developmental tendencies in connection to the defence acquisition systems between years 1995 – 2005. V příspěvku se uvádí dvě základní roviny efektivní akvizice. První rovinou je akvizice ve vztahu k národnímu obrannému průmyslu jako podpora národní ekonomické politiky včetně zaměstnanosti. Jsou tak upřednostňována makroekonomická hlediska. Ve druhé rovině se popisuje efektivnost akvizičního procesu ve vztahu efektivnímu nákupu, bez ohledu na místo vzniku zbrojního systému. Jsou zde soustředěny vývojové tendence ve vtahu k akvizicím obranným systémům v letech 1995 – 2005. The article deals with two main levels of efficient acquisition.
