The paper presents the research of quality of life concerning to the satisfaction and importance and circadian rhythms in pubescent and adolescent. The research is realised in May and June 2011. The target group created pubescent n=100 and adolescent n=100 from České Budějovice region, Czech Republic. The methods of research are standardized questionnaire Comprehensive Quality Life Scale School Version, Com Qol - S5 (Cummins, 1997) and The Questionnaire of Circadian Rhythms Krejčí, Harada et al, 2008. Dates are statistical subdue via modus, median and t-test. The first aim is comparison the pubescent groups (the boys n=50 and girls n=50) in accent to satisfaction, importance and circadian rhythms. The second aim is comparison the adolescent groups (the boys n=50 and girls n=50) at the level of satisfaction, importance and circadian rhythms. From the outcomes raised, that pubescent have positive level of satisfaction and importance with small differences between girls and boys. In frame the quality of life pointed to circadian rhythms, boys and girls are lower - in average level. The adolescent groups are with their quality of life concerning to satisfaction and importance get to positive level. The circadian rhythms are lower - in average level at the girls group while the boys are in positive level. The research is supported from GAJU project N 101/2011/S %22Psychosocial and Somatic Indicators in Comparison to the Circadian Rhythm%22.
