It´s presented the method of landscape zonation with specification to small catchments with agricultural and forest land use. The conclusion of this zonation is differentiation of the area according to antropoecological stress degree, or more preciselyaccording to naturalistic value. According to executed surface and groundwater monitoring it´s possible to establish ecocritical lines with the highest water eutrophization degree. Based on multifactorial regress analysis it´s possible to state the influence importance of particular land structures on quantitative and qualitative water parameters. Knowledge of the dependence value between relevant land structures (arable land, grassland, forest etc.) and water quality in particular sub-catchments enables predict the future progress of quantitative and qualitative surface and ground water indicators.
