The meshless character of the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) simulations brings several phenomena to be solved. A special attention should be paid to the definition of the boundary conditions and to the setup of the numerical constraints influencing the computation accuracy. The SPH application to modelling the viscous flow of incompressible fluid is discussed and results of performed simulations are presented. Zvlastni pozornost musi byt venovana definici okrajovych podminek a nastaveni numerickych parametru ovlivnujicich presnost vypoctu. Tento prispevek se zabyva aplikaci metody SPH v modelovani vazkeho proudeni nestlacitelnych kapalin.
