Cílem této práce bylo vytvoření tří dimensionální reprezentace hladkých svalových buněk a haemocoelických dutin hladké svalové a pojivové tkáně plicnatého plže Limax. sp. Současně je zde prezentována aproximace creepové a relaxační mechanické zkoušky pomocí reologických modelů. To reveal the relation between mechanical properties and the structure of a biological tissue, quantitative microscopic study is needed. The aim of this paper was to create a three-dimensional representation of smooth muscle cells and haemocoel cavities of integument of a pulmonate gastropod Limax sp. by means of light microscopy.
