Using of a special on-board Receiver of FM Broadcast signals for Satellite Position Estimate. The radio receiver subsystem for FM broadcast signals is based on low IF receiving technology and digital signal processing. Modern chips intended for use in mobile multimedia devices are used. Received signals are examinated and results are used to estimate a satellite position on orbit. This method of estimete will be used as a on-board picosatellite experiment, where estimation is based on received signals from FM stations worldwide.
