High Level Architecture (HLA) is one of the world’s most spread architectures used for distributed simulation systems for this time. When somebody would like to run the simulation via HLA it is necessary to start a communication interface for message exchange - RTI (Runtime Infrastructure). We are using Java RMI (Remote Method Invocation) and JINI libraries for remote access and communication. The task is to develop an application able to find the computers ready to communicate, then upload all the incorporated files on this computer and start them. In the result there will be more federates communicating with each other on the network with possibility to manage their executions from one standalone server computer. HLA je v součastné době jedna z velmi využívaných architektur určených pro distribuovanou simulace. Pokud se snažíme spustit takovou simulaci, je nutné ji mít připravenou (kódovanou) a také je nutné spustit rozhraní pro komunikaci – RTI (Runtime Infrastucture). Tato práce si klade za cíl vytvořit a prozkoumat možnosti takového připojení na dálku s využitím LAN či WAN sítě. Pro tento účel byla využita architektura RMI a JINI – vázané na programovací jazyk Java. Úkolem je tedy nalézt všechny počítače schopné komunikovat a z jednoho počítače zaslat model a konfiguraci spuštění a na vzdáleném počítači simulaci spustit.
