Článek se zabýval výzkumem CRM v oblasti služeb v rámci MSP v České republice, což není pro firmy novou myšlenkou. Vycházel z teoretických poznatků, které prezentuje tuzemská i zahraniční odborná literatura. Výzkum přispěl k identifikaci hlavního problému sféry služeb a odhalil klady aplikace zmíněné metody v praxi firem. This article presents a consideration of CRM application possibilities in condition of small and medium enterprises. It goes out from theoretical pieces of knowledge, which offers professional domestic and foreign literature. The primary research of CRM shows at the select segment of services in frames SMEs in Czech Republic, that customer relationship management is not new idea. The research contributes to identification of principal problem sphere and confirmed the positives of launch mentioned method in practice also, although some firms have been remite on it that CRM did not brought prospective results to them since.
