Principal objective of this paper is a description of a special testing device (VibTex). This device allows tests of textile materials during a cyclical stress with a high frequency. A control of the VibTex allows harmonic and non-harmonic elongation of the textile samples. The tests with the non-harmonic elongation we can use for simulations of the stress of textile materials during various technological processes or for simulations of the stress of some textile products. Results of the tests with harmonic elongation we can use for calculations of dynamic characteristics of textile samples.
