Effect of solvent, molecular weight, added mono-valent salt, surfactant and composition of chitosan blend on electrospinning were studied. Chitosan is currently receiving a great deal of interest for medical and pharmaceutical application. The main purpose of this work was to prepare nanofiber sheets with maximum content of chitosan for testing of chondrocytes proliferation . Při elektrostatickém zvlákňování technologií Nanospider byl studován vliv přítomnosti monovalentní soli, povrchově aktivní látky a složení polymerní směsi.Cílem bylo připravit nanovlákennou směs s maximálním obsahem chitosanu, který je zajímavý pro medicínské a farmaceutické aplikace.
