Příspěvek se zabývá modelováním náhodné simulace postupných deformací tkaniny v plátnové vazbě. Tkanina je modelována jako mříz složena s uzlů, deformace je způsobena externí sílou zatěžující síť. Cílem je nalézt optimální, stabilizovaný stav sítě. Optimální konfigurace může být nalezena s pomocí MCMC algoritmů. Za účelem modelování přetrhu přízí, napínaní svazku vláken je modelována podobně. Současně je modelována pevnost svazku vláken při postupném zatěžování, jež je obdobou stanovení spolehlivosti systému složeného z paralelních komponent. Výsledky jsou porovnány s reálnymi experimenty. Model je aplikován k simulaci defektů ve tkanině. A method for modeling and random simulation of a progressive deformation and defects of a fabric in plain weave is presented. Fabric is modeled as grid consists of a set of nodes and connecting flexible (to some extent) arcs, the deformation is caused by an external strength stretching the grid. The objective is to find optimal, stabilized, states of the grid. Optimal configuration can be found with the help of MCMC procedures. Further, in order to model the breaking process of a fabric yarns, the stretching a bundle of fibers is modeled in a similar way. Simultaneously, a stochastic reliability model of parallel system and its resistance against a stress is utilized. The results are compared with real experimental stress-strength curves.
