Polyurethane foam replacement with an alternative recycled material, weight reducing and decreasing of unwanted mechanical vibration is not only a key issue of the current design and technological development of car seats, but it is issue of all the seats used for wheeled transport machinery. Input dynamic forces are transformed by a passive constructions seat. These forces include especially inertial forces that cause vibrations of the individual parts of seats having a negative impact on the human body. The optimal solution would be active adjustable damping system, which reduce peaks of vibrations. For this purpose experiments and numerical simulation of new composite reinforcement having viscous and elastic properties were carried out. From the results of analysis and measurements was found that the composite reinforcement has suitable mechanical properties and therefore it could be used to an innovation of currently used steel reinforcement of car seat.
