Tento článek se zabývá sestavením výpočtového modelu platiny v prostředí programu pro výpočet metodou konečných prvků Pro/MECHANICA.Byl vytvořen matematický model platiny umístěné v drážce jehelního válce.Platina je do drážky vkládána v ohnutém stavu.Toto ohnutí je nutná součást montáže a vytváří třecí sílu mezi platinou a stěnou drážky.Byla vytvořena kontaktní úloha,která řešila napěťovou analýzu prohnuté platiny po vložení do drážky jehelního válce.Byly stanoveny reakce v kontaktních plochách mezi platinou a drážkou jehelního válce,které vedly k určení třecích sil mezi platinou a drážkou jehelního válce This paper is concerned with with devising a calculation model of the sinker in the environment of the program for the calculation by the method of finite elements Pro/MECHANICA Structure. There has been created a mathematical model of the sinker situated in the groove of the needle cylinder. The sinker is inserted into the groove in a bent condition. This bending is a necessary part of the mounting and produces a friction force between the sinker and the wall of the groove. A contact task has been devised, to solve the tension analysis of the bent sinker after its introduction into the groove of the needle cylinder. There have been ascertained the reactions in the contact surfaces between the sinker and the groove of the needle cylinder, which have allowed to ascertain the friction forces between the sinker and the groove of the needle cylinder This paper is concerned with with devising a calculation model of the sinker in the environment of the program for the calculation by the method of finite elements Pro/MECHANICA Structure.
