Publikace popisuje unikátní jev - self-assembling částic ZnO během kalcinace. Tento jev byl sledován metodami SEM a ETA. Tato metoda umožnila charakterizovat teplotní intervaly změn mikrostruktury. Předpokládá se, že hlavní řídící silou procesu self-assembling je difúze a migrace podél hranic zrn ZnO. Self-assembly of prismatic aggregates formed during the calcination of ZnO powders was observed by ETA technique and SEM. The ETA made it possible to characterize temperature intervales of the microstructure changes. It has been supposed that the main controlled force of the assembly is the diffusion and migration along the grains of ZnO.
