Ve spolupráci s Keio University v Japonsku byly připraveny vzorky tenkých vrstev mezoporézního oxidu titanu. Vzorky byly charakterizovány metodami RTG difrakce, ETA, SEM a AFM. Výsledky ETA byly vyhodnoceny pomocí modelu navrženého ve spolupráci s pracovníky Moskevské university. In the cooperation with the Keio university in Japan the mesoporous titania gel films were prepared. The samples were characterized by XRD, ETA, SEM and AFM methods. The results of ETA were evaluated by using the model proposed in cooperation with Moscow state university.
