The research The Modes of communication through creative activities follows identical and different communication modes and channels of different groups of respondents with goal: define aspects of communication mentally, physically, socially, ethnic uncontrollable and therefore constant. The actual research was extended and adapted used the Flanders system, which was combined with the observation of humanization of education, education methods and questionnaires-fill by lecturers. In the monitoring of the communication behavior reached the conclusion that the behavior of teachers and non-teachers is a specific way (from variou s causes), which is different and these differences (and causes) defines. Research comes to very interesting results in the area of monitoring the self-evaluation evaluation of approach teachers and artists and their structured impartial observation. The results are very positive for the area of integration through work or art activities, and in self-evaluation evalution of teacher's personality, compared with an unbiased view too.
