dcterms:description
One of the most important properties of composite films is their electrical conductivity, especially near the percolation threshold. The contribution is devoted to the study of electron transport through the composite films and a special attention is devoted to the region, where transition from tunnel to ohmic conductivity occurs. The reason for this choice is, that the composite films exhibit very interesting percolation behaviour, while the theoretical analysis of electric transport in such structuresis very difficult. The results of simulation are compared with experimental data and with results of morphological analysis of composite films.
