Town Znojmo wrestles against many different problems. The most debatable issues are high unemployment, high debt and excessive congestion of the major roads. The aim of this article pays attention to media communication, which is an important part of the town inhabitants’ perception. In the context of corporate social responsibility the paper highlights the possible challenges and proposed solutions, which can result in better partnership of public administration, business owners and inhabitants what is really important standpoint for local development. Public relations are a priority that must be dedicate, put an accent on it and also be developed. These are the main aspect of the success assessing of the Municipal Authority work by public. As communication tools are used both traditional media and possibilities offered by the current technologies, especially the internet with developing social networks. These can are used as a feedback to determine the response of the public to the municipal work itself. Town Znojmo wrestles against many different problems.
