The epithermal neutron beam of the LVR-15 reactor provides the appropriate conditions for varied BNCT activity. The research activity and received results are concentrated on the following parts: dosimetry, medicine and biology. In dosimetry part the fundamental parameters of free beam, neutron spectrum, boron dose, gamma and fast neutron dose in water phantom are presented. Former results and the cooperation for new protocols are mentioned in the medical part. In the part of biology relative biological effectiveness of the beam (RBE) and the influence of boron are in the centre of interest especially.
