Due to manufacturing drying is wood exposed to temperature perhaps 75ºC, but local can give out at temperature growth above 200ºC. The succesive analysis of separate components of wood (deaeration and desintegration of hemicelulose, celulose, lignin, etc.) is accompanied by formation of aldehyde and hydrocarbons. Behind restriction access of oxygen it is obtained pyrolytic processes with condensation and polymerization. At temperature about 150ºC forms gases and organic acids. The condensation water primarily contains of acetic acid (8 -10%), further formic acid, propion acid, butyric acid, also tarry matters, aldehydes, ketones and esters. On the kiln drying walls give out due to increasing point boil to increasing of acid concentration. The aluminum ussually used as kiln construction material is attacked by corrosion owing to organic acids.
