In this paper, we present measurement results of ultra-wideband propagation in selected indoor and outdoor environments, including forest and dense scrub. The measurement setup and procedure is described. The measurements have been performed using a time-domain measurement system consisting of a pulse generator and a sampling oscilloscope. Then, post-processing of the recorded data is described. First, we apply the CLEAN algorithm in order to study and compare the multipath nature of the investigated propagation channels.
