TiO2 layers were prepared by inkjet printing of reversal micelles sol onto ITO substrates. Printed films of various thickness were thermally gelled and calcined. Layer homogeneity, thickness and morfology was studied by optical microscopy, SEM and AFM. The generation of charge carriers upon UV irradiation was studied by electrochemical methods.
