Automated electrochemical detection allows analyzing of metallothioneins in the very small volume with the excellent sensitivity, reliability and reproducibility. The main aim of this work is to process electrochemical catalytic signals and to calculate the height of a peak in the signal, which corresponds with the concentration of metallothioneins in the substance.
