Software package for quantitative ultrasound perfusion analysis in vitro. The package was developed in Matlab as several stand-alone applications. The package contains tools for import of ultrasound sequences, regions of interests selection, perfusion analysis and visualization of parametric maps. The perfusion analysis is based on nonparametric nonblind deconvolution of concentration signal and arterial input function. Three basic perfusion parameters are evaluated - mean transit time, blood volume and blood flow. This software was developed and tested in Matlab R2009b. For running Image Processing and Optimization Toolbox are needed. The developement of this software was supported by project of Czech Science Foundation no. GA102/09/1690.
