The paper is focused on the analysis of electrical properties of composite materials based on electroinsulating polyester varnish with a filler in the form of nanoparticles of different oxides (SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2). Composite samples are analyzed using the method of dielectric relaxation spectroscopy and is monitored and evaluated the influence of particles filler on the frequencies dependencies of the complex permittivity parts of electroinsulating varnish.
