Article describes design and realization of the electronics for sensor output evaluation. The sensors serve to localization of the Partial Discharge (PD) origin. According to duration of the PD in order of nanoseconds, their evaluation must be fast similarly. For this reason, the FPGA device was used. The FPGA provides sensors output processing, lose-less real-time compression and manages data transmition over 100Mbit Ethernet.
