A trend in recent years has been towards digitizing, automating and simplifying all the processes of human work that have not yet been transformed into the digital world. Education is no exception and this is valid for not only universities and colleges but for the whole educational system all over the world. In the recent years we could witness to a considerable growth in the number of students and thanks to this the trend has even gained strength. This text gives an overview of several existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their main features. Furthermore it introduces a newly developed testing system, e-Test 2.0, which solving some specific requirements for testing university students' knowledge. Trendem posledních let je digitalizovat, automatizovat a zjednodušovat veškeré procesy, které probíhají v neelektronické podobe. Vzdelávání, a to nejen na vysokoškolské úrovni, toho není výjimkou. V posledních letech jsme svedky velkého nárustu poctu studentu a i díky tomu tento trend nabírá na síle. V tomto textu jsou predstaveny dostupné tzv. LMS (Learning Management System) systémy a jsou tu shrnuty jejich vlastnosti a hlavní rysy. V neposlední rade je predstaven nove vyvinutý systém e-Test v2.0, který reší nekteré specifické vlastnosti.
