The paper presents the use of automatically generated neural networks for the simulation and control of non-linear dynamic systems. Genetic algorithm is used as the generator. The topology of the network is encoded into the chromosome using special cellular code, which ensures the coherence of the network generated by such code. The cellular code is represented by grammar tree. Examples of numerical experiments are included.
