This paper is focused on microstructural study of protective layers created by co-deposition of Al and Si on nickel-based superalloy INCO 713 LC and INCO 738LC after thermal exposition and thermal-stress exploitation. The work also deals with mechanical properties, particular creep properties, of complex system layer-substrate and compares them with creep properties of basic material without protect layer. It was found that the Al-Si layer can improve heat-resistance and does not nearly have an influence on creep-resistance of observed materials.
