Pipe connection is inevitable in the pipe systems of all branches of industry. The flows with different working parameters are often mixed in them. This process causes cyclic load of a pipe material. Hence, the lifetime is significantly decreased and the failures as well as medium leakage can take place. Pipes geometry can be different and it differently influences flows mixing process and material fatigue. If working conditions are predetermined by the technology and they can't be changed, then pipe geometry is to be modified so that pipes could be less damaged.
