As regards the literature, relatively little attention has been paid to the improvement of mechanical properties of these alloys by unconventional processing methods. As a group, Mg alloys have very good machinability, relatively poor formability and toughness, with the exception of alloys containing a very low amount of aluminium. Předložená práce popisuje nekonvenční metody výroby slitiny AZ91P. Je zde popsán vliv zrychleného ochlazování na strukturu a mechanické vlastnosti zkoumané slitiny.
