The article deals with the problem of internal thermal comfort conditions in the work environment, namely the working environment of office buildings. On a practical case study shows the current problem of overheating rooms offices often not only in summer but also the transitional period. In its conclusion presents the results of mathematical models and real measurements that are directly related to architectural - construction of the building and especially the thermal properties of the building envelope Článok sa zaoberá problémom vnútornej tepelnej mikroklímy v pracovnom prostredí kancelárskych budov. Na praktickej prípadovej štúdii ukazuje aktuálny problém prehrievania kancelárií, a to často nielen v letnom, ale aj v prechodnom období. Autori prezentujú výsledky matematických modelov a reálnych meraní, ktoré sú priamo závislé od architektonicko-stavebného riešenia objektu, a to najmä od tepelno-technických vlastností obvodového plášťa budovy.
