The paper is focused on the modification of compact tension test for using on cement-based composites as the support for more accurate determination of fracture mechanics parameters. The aim of the paper is to compare the values of B1 and B2 factors obtained from numerical analysis of the modified compact tension test with B1 and B2 factors obtained from standard compact tension test. The results are discussed and presented in graphs.
