Byl navržen optimální postup úpravy a aktivace povrchu zlaté rotující diskové elektrody (AuRDE) před voltametrickým stanovením rtuti. Postup se skládá z leštění povrchu, elektrochemického cyklování a aktivace. Detekční limit pro přímé stanovení rtuti dosažený s takto připravenou elektrodou byl 8.26?10-10 mol L-1 (při zařazení 200 s akumulace). Dále byla vyvinuta metoda kvantitativní isolace rtuti ze složité matrice vzorku. V případě isolace rtuti z 1 litru vody byl stanoven detekční limit 6.23?10-11 mol L-1 (při analýze většího objemu je možné stanovit i mnohem nižší koncentrace rtuti). The optimal process of pre-treatment and activation of gold rotating disc electrode (AuRDE) before voltammetric determination of mercury was proposed. This treatment consists from polishing of the electrode surface, electrochemical cycling, and activation. The detection limit, achieved using this way prepared working electrode, amounted to 8.26?10-10 mol L-1 for direct mercury determination in water solution (applying 200 s running accumulation). The procedure of the quantitative mercury isolation from complicated sample matrix was developed as well. It provides better selectivity and significant increase of sensitivity of mercury determination.
