Cílem tohoto příspěvku je nastínit konstrukci návrhu funkčního modelu řízení kvality procesu poskytování služeb. Při konstrukci modelu jsou po důkladné SWOT analýze využity osvědčené nástroje a metody řízení kvality. Model je vytvořen pro osobní dopravu, ale může být použit i v sektoru služeb všeobecně. The aim of this contribution is complex quality management model proposal construction in transport service processes, which could be used in practise. Certified quality management tools and methods are used by model construction after thorough SWOT analysis. Model is created for passenger transport, but it can be used also generally in service sector.
