The goal of this work was study different methods of Ce1-(x+y)TbxTiyO2 pigment preparation and to compare their influence on the colour properties of pigments obtained. For synthesis of the samples, a traditional ceramic method based on a solid state reaction (SSR) and method of suspension mixing of materials (SMM) were used. The pigments were evaluated from the standpoint of their structure, colour properties and particle sizes.
