Kinetika růstu krystalů Sb2S3 ve skle (GeS2)0.2(Sb2S3)0.8 byla studována pomocí DSC a optické mikroskopie. Lineární růst krystalů Sb2S3 byl sledován v oblasti teplot 525 K < T < 556 K (EG=295 +/- 3 kJ.mol-1). Ze závislosti redukované rychlosti růstu (tj. rychlost růstu s korekcí na viskozitu) na podchlazení bylo zjištěno, že nejpravděpodobnější mechanismus je 2D nukleační růst. DSC data pro objemový vzorek za izotermních i neizotermních podmínek mohou být popsána pomocí Johnson-Mehl-Avrami rovnice s parametrem m=2. The crystal growth kinetics of Sb2S3 in the (GeS2)0.2(Sb2S3)0.8 glass has been studied by DSC and optical microscopy.
