The aim of this study was the innovation of classical fermentation process in ethanol production. The fermentation of starch hydrolyzates were solved in several consecutive steps: modification of the starch substrates (grain) by mechanical procedures, the membrane process (microfiltration and reverse osmosis), the saccharification of starch with immobilized glucoamylase and the fermentation with immobilizated cells Zymomonas mobilis. This system, which significantly reduces the cost of whole ethanol production process, retained stable for 3 month in continuous hydrolysis process. Cílem práce bylo zlepšení stávající klasické přípravy bioethanolu. Fermentace byla řešena v několika po sobějdoucích krocích: mechanická předúprava zrna, membránové procesy (mikrofiltrace, reverzní osmóza, zcukření pomocí imobilizovaného enzymu glukoamylázy a fermentace pomocí imobilizovaných buněk Zymomonas mobilis. Tento systém, který výrazně sníží cenu produkce bioethanolu, byl stabilní po dobu tří měsíců kontinuální hydrolýzy.
