In this work, the hollow fibre membrane module designed for dead-end operations was tested. The hollow fibre cartridge operated from the outside to the inside during a filtration process, the membrane used was the polypropylene microfiltration membrane. Process characteristic measurements were carried out based on the pure water flux measurements. Next, the set of experiments dealing with microfiltration of model solutions was performed at different conditions. The influence of process parameters on the permeate flux was studied aimed mainly at the membrane fouling preclusion. The set of experiments for ?sustainable? flux determination was performed for water suspension of A-zeolite. From the results it followed that the fouling of the membrane was negligible for concentration of zeolite less than 3 kg.m-3. A simple mathematical model of the process was suggested and experimentally verified. Předmětem této práce bylo sestavení a ověření funkce dead-end mikrofiltračního modulu s dutými vlákny. Membránová jednotka pracovala v outside-in uspořádání, membrána byla tvořena svazkem polypropylenových dutých vláken. Cílem experimentů bylo proměření některých procesních charakteristik při průtoku čisté vody membránovou jednotkou a především pak studium zanášení vláken při vlastní mikrofiltraci vodných suspenzí zeolitu. Z výsledků experimentů vyplynulo, že při nižších koncentracích zeolitu bylo zanášení membrány prakticky zanedbatelné. V závěru byl navržen a experimentálně ověřen jednoduchý matematický model procesu.
