The present case study deals with analysis of the corporate culture of the Toray Textiles Central Europe s.r.o. company, which is set in Czech Republic and it is also part of the Toray Japanese transnational Industries, Inc. The part of the Toray group makes also the companies in Italy, Great Britain, the Netherlands, France and Germany. A large group of enterprises is concentrated in Asia and America. Interesting is that Japanese culture is reflected in all the participating companies. All companies of Toray Group are governed by common rules of their social responsibility and corporate culture which is very similar to the Japanese culture.
