It was confirmed, that our strains (15) belong to phylotype PHez (8), PMit (1), PLi (1) respectively. Strains BRZ 30, BRZ 31 and BRZ 28 form independent phylotypes. According to aminoacid analysis of incorporated epitopes it seems that multivalent chimeric vaccine is protective against all examined strains.
