Anthropogenic CO2-flux in The Nagel Dome (Císařská Cave) was determined to be +8.5 ppm per man and hour. Relaxation rate of the cave was found to be -21 ppm per hour. In the Moravian Karts caves opened to public, huge accumulation of CO2 was observed in summer months. This accumulation as if related to increasing number of cave visitors. However, CO2-concentrations were not distributed uniformly across the caves. They fluctuated depending on cave specific sites. Moreover, extremely high CO2-accumulation was found in the Amatérská Cave. This cave, however, was not opened to public.
