dcterms:description
1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions are generally known reactions leading to formation of five-membered ring. Criss-cross addition as their special case enables formation of fused five-membered heterocyclic compounds in one step synthesis. Overview of several examples from various azines and dipolarophiles is presented as well as interesting chemical behaviour of some of the formed products. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions are generally known reactions leading to formation of five-membered ring.
