Lanthanide(III) complexes DOTA monoamides having –CH(PO3H2)2 group in amide chain (C1-C3) were investigated as MRI contrast agents (Gd3+) and as radiopharmaceuticals(177Lu). In vivo experiments showed stable binding to bones. Komplexy monoamidů DOTA mající skupinu –CH(PO3H2)2 v amidovém řetězci (C1-C3) byly zkoumány jako kontrastní látky pro MRI (Gd3+) a jako radiofarmaka (177Lu). In vivo experimenty prokázaly stabilní vazbu na kosti.
