Previous paper from the group of Prof. Prince (India) showed incredible protection of catecholamine cardiotoxicity by oral adminstration of quercetin. However, serious problems in their publication were encountered (e.g. no data on mortality, uncommon ECG results). Thus we decided to prove theirs results. In contrast to them, generally no major protective effects of quercetin were found.
